Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst Location: OR - Remote What you'll do: This position is located in Beaverton, OR office. 4 days in office/ 1 day remote. The Operations Senior Analyst will be reporting to and working directly with the Director of Operations. What we are looking for: Develop and institute processes and policies in areas of operations Develop and standardize client forms, training and on-boarding material Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels Manage and execute daily operational tasks Prepare email templates and draft substantive emails (timelines, next steps, messaging approval, etc.) Monitor 30-day pre-distribution sprints, including key operational actions such as the setup of distribution accounts, and OFAC process What you need to have: Bachelor's degree in business with 3-5 years of work experience in operations, process improvement, or equivalent Highly organized, detailed and task oriented Excellent time management skills Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and quantitative skills Persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of audiences Ability to build trust-based relationships and effectively collaborate Self-starter who can identify problems, outline solutions, and drive execution Advanced knowledge of MS office, especially Excel Fintech and/or payments experience a plus High school diploma required #LI-JG1 Benefits you’ll love: We offer all the important things you'd want — like competitive salaries, an ownership stake in the company, medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401k matching program, tuition assistance program, an employee volunteer program, and a wellness program.
